A rock on my head….ooh my God. Whats really making me feel like that. I am not having happiness, distant from peace of mind, no time for relaxation or spending family time. These thoughts itself breaking my head. Even work output not proper, boss always after me to finish job quickly in snap time.

People these days complain many things which are annoying and disturbing their peace. If we start to list, morning the rush at home to start for work, on road traffic problems, when reached office, boss ready to haunt you, small tasks appear like monsters and not achievable.

Work stress has caused lot of illhealth like high blood pressure, anxiety, loss of appetite, high blood sugar levels for diabetics, mild to severe body pains, so on and so forth. This also affects personal life. To protect oneself from all these consequences, we need to know how to handle stress……
